Your vote is needed now
I’m repeating this post as we head towards the 1000 vote mark, well done everybody so far! Plenty more to go!
I logged onto Betfair the other morning and saw a graphic saying ‘Have your say’. I clicked on it and it linked to an area I hadn’t seen before asking opinions on various aspects of Betfair.
One enterprising soul had put forward the suggestion: –
“Make the exchange the homepage and not the sportsbook”
I think that’s a perfectly fine suggestion, so I added my three votes to that idea and encourage others to do the same. I have embedded the links but here is a short URL for you to click as well – https://t.co/WQhpTCYL7a
So what difference does this make? Well at least if we let Betfair know we have a voice they may understand how things look from the customer side of the business. I get the distinct feeling they are keen on implementing what they like, rather than what customers want, so this gives you a voice.
Currently when a new visitor to Betfair arrives them they are not presented with anything to do with the exchange, they have to work hard to find it. I would imagine virtually no new customers to the site even know the exchanges exists. That’s bad news for the exchange side of the business.
So vote now and let Betfair know that you think that the part of their business that produces the vast majority of their revenues, that nearly off of us use and a lot of us are reliant on, should actually get a mention on the home page. Sort of makes sense doesn’t it? Either that or you can let completely and utter apathy take hold and do nothing to try and make a difference and suffer as a result. The choice is yours!
