Mission not impossible
So, after a tough day yesterday we look forward to an easier task today. Some reasonable quality about and of course we have Sprinter Sacre on the card. There are also a sensible amount of races. Saturday looks promising on the racing front.
With hindsight, always a wonderful thing, yesterday didn’t go too badly for me. So as a matter of record I should blog that for a better reflection next year. But I think one thing that did trick for me yesterday was, preparation. I spent about 90 minutes in the morning trying to pick out races of interest and carefully planning a number of scenarios around what could unfold and what I would do. So that helped me pick a path through the day.
Overall it wasn’t a patch on my best ever boxing day, less than 40% of that total, but given the markets and the scenario in front of my it was a decent day. I also picked up some money using an automated strategy and had a decent day on Betdaq as well. Managed to trade the football OK as well, so many plus points. But that’s a pain as it means next year on Boxing day I’ll probably be sat here again; it seems there is still some progress to be made on the work life balance stuff!
