We are pleased to announce we are sponsoring the entire days racing at Southwell today. Racing starts at 13:20 and finishes at 16:50 with eight races on the card.

OK, not as glamorous as it seems, we have just sponsored a few races at Southwell today. I’m not available to attend the event but one of my guys will be there. I’ve offered him a bonus if he streaks in front of the winning post!

As we have previously undertaken, today we will be sponsoring an entire card of racing again. A large number of our customers owe it to the horse racing industry that they exist at all. So it seems a relatively straight forward gesture to return some of that money back into the sport. Obviously we will get some publicity as well!

Betdaq signs sponsorship deal
Betdaq has signed a deal with Arena Leisure, a racecourse management group, to sponsor four of their racecourses in the buildup to this year’s Cheltenham Festival.
According to the online betting exchange, the agreement includes sponsorship of 72 races at Lingfield Park, Wolverhampton, Southwell and Folkestone.
“We have had a long standing relationship with Arena Leisure, and this new deal demonstrates our commitment to both flat and National Hunt racing in the U.K.,” said Russell Wiseman, Betdaq’s public relations director.
